The mattress has a removable and washable cover, which can easily be washed in the washing machine at a temperature of up to 40° C. We recommend that you do not use fabric softener and air dry the cover. Do not tumble dry the covers.
The Dormeo® DNA mattress has a personalized core. This means that two people can personalize their side of the mattress, from mattress width of 140 cm onwards.
Yes, the mattress is vacuum-packed, which is why transport is simpler and more environmentally friendly.
The label with your name on the side of the mattress can help you to correctly install the mattress. The label is on the bottom of the mattress, where the legs are.
No, do not flip the mattress. The mattress is custom-made and adapted to your body structure, from head to toe. By flipping it, you will lose the functionality of personalization.
The mattress needs to be placed on appropriate surface. We recommend using the Dormeo® slatted base, as this is the only way you will be able to have the advantages of a personalized bed. Don't forget, the ideal slatted base helps to better support the body, and also ensures ideal ventiltaion of the bed.
We strongly recommend the use of a slatted base, as this way you will provide your body the optimal support, the ventilation of the mattress as well as guarantee yourself a 2-year full warranty. When you buy our Dormeo® slatted base, we offer you a 15-year extended warranty on the Dormeo® DNA mattress.
Yes, we offer you 100 day of test period for the mattress. This means that your purchase is carefree, because if you decide to return the mattress within 100 days, you will get a full refund.
All buyers that purchase our Dormeo® mattresses receive a 2-year warranty, which is independent of the extended warranty. When purchasing and using Dormeo® slatted base, we offer you an extended warranty of up to 15 years.
You can see the prototype of the mattresses in our stores (link to the stores), but the mattress itself is made for each individual.
